Returns and Exchanges

At Lenceria Rosa, we pride ourselves on the quality and comfort of our leakproof underwear. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help!


Returns

Timeframe

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.

Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used or washed underwear.

Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@lenceriarosa.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for your return

We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

💡 Please note: We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be shipped directly to our fulfillment center.


Refunds

Inspection and approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically.

Processing time

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank; processing times vary by institution.

Exchanges

Damaged or defective items

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective product, please email us at info@lenceriarosa.com and we will help you with the exchange process.

Non-Refundable Set Purchases

Our products are sold in sets (packs of 3, 4, 5 pieces, etc.). Once one or more items from the set have been opened, used, or tried on, the entire order will be non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons. For any claim, photographs will be requested for verification.
