General Terms and Conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these conditions, the following definitions apply:

  • Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

  • Consumer: A natural person who does not act for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession.

  • Day: Calendar day.

  • Durable medium: Any instrument that allows the consumer or the company to store information addressed personally to them in a way that is accessible for future reference and allows the unchanged reproduction of the stored information.

  • Right of withdrawal: The consumer's option to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.

  • Company: The natural or legal person who offers products and/or services remotely to consumers.

  • Distance contract: A contract concluded between a company and a consumer within the framework of an organized system for the distance sale or provision of services, without the simultaneous physical presence of the company and the consumer.

  • Means of distance communication: Means that can be used to conclude a contract without the consumer and the company being together in the same place at the same time.
